Before you start a contest, your suggestion must be approved by the Administrator. Once approved, you may post your contest here.

The above quoted format must be the format of your contest post. More or less, you can add other details as long as the 5 rubrics are there.
Please be responsible for the contest you launched, though Moderators and Administrators will help you too, it'll be good to hold the contest by yourself if no moderators are around.
